I’m excited to have you in this space. I’m a 200 hour registered yoga teacher based in Philadelphia. I first stepped onto my mat in the fall of 2016 and was drawn to the full-body release I found through the asana practice. I completed my teacher training in the summer of 2018 at Dhyana Yoga, a studio rooted in the Ashtanga Practice here in Philly.
During my training, I found a deep connection with pranayama and meditation. In my vinyasa classes, I focus on the breath and leave space for meditation at the close of each class, in the hopes my students will find a deeper connection to their practice.
