Where do you teach?
I teach privates and small group privates, up to five people. I’m currently teaching group yoga and meditation at Temple University’s Independence Blue Cross Recreation Center (IBC). I teach regular morning classes at 6:30 AM on Tuesdays and Fridays at Retro Fitness, Spring Garden, and I often sub at Sweat Fitness.
I’m new to yoga, can I still take private classes?
Yes! Private classes are open to everyone and are a great way to get a solid foundation and learn the basics.
Do you offer any deals or specials on privates?
Yes! It usually takes about four private sessions to really get to know what the body needs to work on and create a tailored flow. Four private sessions can be bought together for a discounted rate.
What do I wear to one of your yoga classes?
Anything you can move in. I recommend tight shorts or pants (we will be in some poses where one leg will be lifted), and no socks or shoes.
What do I need to bring?
A yoga mat, water, and towel (optional).
